Is your business geared towards delivering a service? Would you benefit from a better understanding of how customers’ experience your service? This free one-day workshop from the Nottingham University Business School will help you to;

  • map how your customers engage with your service
  • determine what types of experience marketing might yield best results
  • improve business performance 

The workshop is aimed at small businesses in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. It offers up-to-date expertise, discussions and practical sessions to benefit your marketing plans and customer experience. Lunch and networking sessions are included.

Scott McCabe, Professor of Marketing and Tourism, Nottingham University Business School
