Who are you and how did your company start?
We started up in in 2004 to offer project management services to large organisation’s who had removed their in-house engineering departments. Our clients are based in across the UK and around the world, such as British Sugar, Tate & Lyle, EON, Doosan, British Oxygen, ENI Oil, Tengizchevroil.
Our expertise lies in mechanical engineering with specialties in bulk and unit conveying systems, large mechanical structures & controls systems.
We offer services such as; feasibility studies, project programming, 2D & 3D Design, Health and Safety Management, ongoing maintenance & reliability studies and much more.
What are you working on at the moment?
Our current projects include:
- Management of the rebuild of a rodenticide process plant demolished by a fire in 2017.
- Feasibility of a new sugar convening facility for a major sugar refinery in Europe.
- Performance improvements for a sugar refinery in the Middle East.
- Maintenance & spares inventory contract with a major Oil Refinery in Kazakhstan.

Worksop Turbine offers the opportunity to operate our business without the distractions and additional responsibilities of operating, maintaining and resourcing our own premises.
The facilities are second to none, they are secure, modern, friendly, well maintained and the staff offer faultless support to our business.
Worksop Turbine is a micro support mechanism for our business, we now have our accountants in the same building and our IT support is based across the corridor.
Meeting and training rooms with full catering gives us the opportunity to offer our client from outside the country or area a base from which we can entertain them in modern spacious surroundings.
What Projects / Ambitions do you have for the future of your company?
From Worksop Turbine we intend to continue to offer our clients the first class support, advice and service to which they have come to expect of us.
We hope to develop our European Sugar client’s project from its current infant stage to a full manufacturing plant during the coming year.
We are working with our client in Kazakhstan and hope to develop a materials handling support function for the oilfield.
